Couple of things to understand, ok? Living in a community environment means everything we do affects everyone else, so it becomes imperative that no one person dominates, especially to the extent that She is the ONLY person who has a say in things. When we deviate from this concept, the We, the Us, become Me, I. Leadership guides towards success, but leadership isn't given. It's earned. Without consensual leadership, the power monger takes control, and she and her followers head down the path to destruction. It's all the little things that make up a person, good or bad. Here, I'm trying to show how bad it's been for us, and maybe we should have stopped it.

An example of the minuscule that has become the rule, not the exception. We have a downstairs bathroom that occasionally stinks. To fix it, the 'one in charge' put a deodorizer in there, set on max. Well, the concentrated stink rose with the warm air from the line of open windows, ac on of course, up the nearby stairs and into a workspace, making it difficult to work in there. We turned the level down, but the 'one in charge' returned and taped it shut so it couldn't be changed from what She wanted., and of course, She didn't work there, or have to put up with the stink.

Sure, this is a tiny, almost laughable situation, but think about what kind of person behaves like this? She would force you to breathe offensive chemical smells, mandate the windows remain open even while the ac is on, then complain how high the electric bill is. Would you enjoy having this person rule every waking and sleeping moment of your life?

Deoderizer
There were many other occasions where the normal person might do some head-scratching. But I assure you, behind each tale, there's a trend in her actions that, taken all together, shows how just one person like this has the power and ability, and yes, the willingness to destroy something that cudda, shudda been a continuing, wonderful expression of the goodness, love and kindness of the human spirit. Instead, her actions might be seen as a deliberate attempt to destroy it all, not because she wanted destruction, but rather just because she knew she wasn't good enough, so she tried to ruin everything else so she'd appear to be the best, at least by comparison, in Her mind, anyway.
